About AtlaCare
Person-centred support coordination built around choice and understanding.
AtlaCare Community Supports was created to help people navigate their NDIS supports with more clarity, confidence, and control. We believe support coordination should feel approachable, organised, and genuinely focused on the person receiving support.

Meet the Founder
Tristan Harkess, Founder of AtlaCare
AtlaCare was founded by Tristan Harkess, who brings many years of experience across the disability sector, including support coordination, direct disability support, and working alongside participants, families, and providers.
Tristan’s background has given him a practical understanding of the NDIS, the pressures families can face, and the importance of clear communication between participants, providers, and support teams.
Through AtlaCare, Tristan aims to offer support coordination that is organised and approachable.
Why I started AtlaCare
I started AtlaCare because I wanted to build a support coordination service that feels more personal and human.
Too often, people can feel overwhelmed by systems, paperwork, funding questions, provider choices, and decisions that affect their everyday life. I believe participants deserve support that helps them feel heard, informed, but also involved.
AtlaCare was created to provide steady, practical guidance while keeping the person at the centre of every decision.
